Get Active! With Obedience

The Online Obedience Challenge is an online basic dog training competition with no breed restrictions. There are three classes for the competition.

To enter you will need to submit a video with the following. Select the class that fits your dog. Sign up using or the Samurai Kennels Whatsapp. Demo Video below.

-Puppy (12 months and under)

-Adult With Equipment

In this class training equipment can be used. Leash’s,E-Collars, Prong collars, Harnesses, and Toys. Food is NOT authorized.

-Adult no equipment

This class only allows a flat collar. No leashes or any other equipment are used to correct behaviors.

-Requirements-

1. A video with a maximum run time of two minutes must be submitted. In the video you must complete the following commands.

1. Sit

2. Down

3. Stay

4. Recall

5. Polite Walking (Heeling for the No Equipment class). During this portion you will need to walk, change pace to a jog or run. You will also need to come to a complete stop, and finally a figure 8.

6. If you are performing in the performance plus a tug will be used to demonstrate the out command.
